a modular and waterproof voice control device for a hands free user experience.

Remo is designed as a waterproof modular device and includes an adjustable silicone wristband and clip on mount. Your GoPro camera can be controlled from anywhere through voice control or a one button click. This device was designed through many sketch and prototype iterations with usability friendliness in mind.

Was to to design a device with mountability features that feel intuitive to the user and represent a rock solid solution for underwater submersion and pressure changes.

Thinking through use case scenarios and preparing for prototyping.

Making prototypes

With the help of 3d printed parts and simple cut and sew wrist bands I was able to make a quick assessment about overall size, weight and ease of use.
